Grievances forms (3G3O) must be filed and turned into the Local Area Representatives and/or stewards as soon as you become aware of the issue. Typically the grievance form should include the nature of the complaint, including all relevant facts /details of the occurrence along with names of any witnesses. It must include contact information including the contact number, email address, mailing address, department and supervisor, along with two signatures and the date it was filed. Incomplete or late grievances can result in delays and/or possible rejection of the grievance. It is crucial that all grievances adhere to the timelines in the working agreement (60 days to be scheduled at the informal-1st step) Any grievances that are not timely, will not be scheduled or sat by At&t Managment. This notification is in an effort to ensure that all grievances are sat and all members are afforded the full treatment and privileges offered to them in the Contract.
