Combo Technician Letter from District 3
The District is in negotiations with the company on the issue of wages for this new position. Article 15.01 allows the Company to “create a new job title or job classification in the bargaining unit or to reconstruct or redefine an existing one”. Attached are the letters and the Job brief the company provided the Union on this proposed position. The Union will start negotiations on August 2, 2026.
