CWA District 3 is now on day 7 of an Unfair Labor Practice strike that started on August 16 at 3:00PM. At&t have sent Attorney’s to be the Chief Negotiator with no real authority to make decisions at the Bargaining Table. These tactics do nothing but slow down the process and frustrate CWA Representatives that are serious about getting a deal done. The sooner the company sends someone with Decision making Authority, the sooner this strike can end.

This has caused serious issues with our customers, some who have been expecting their services to be installed for over week. We will see how long At&t will take to start taking its employees and its customers with the respect they deserve.
