DHS Secretary Kristi Noem announced it is ending the collective bargaining agreement with TSA. “Eliminating collective bargaining removes bureaucratic hurdles that will strengthen workforce agility, enhance productivity and resiliency, while also jumpstarting innovation.” The legality of the Federal Government ending its contract is being contested, but it is clear that this is an attack on public sector unions. If this is what they are doing to Public sector unions, is the CWA Next?
