Ask what it is that you could be doing to get the respect, the wages and benefits that you believe you deserve and worked hard for. Do you believe you are worth more? Do you believe that what you make isn’t enough to live in South Florida? Then you could be doing more than complaining bout it, do something, join your local and be active in making this happen. Call your steward or Area Representative and find out “What can I be doing to make things better?”
