Article 15.01 \u00a0allows the Company to &#8220;create a new job title or job classification in the bargaining unit or to reconstruct or redefine an existing one&#8221;. Attached are the letters and the Job brief the company provided the Union on this proposed position. The Union will start negotiations on August 2, 2026.
