This arbitration sets a precedence on what was considered a Core job function. The Company had a different interpretation of what \u00a0a &#8220;splice&#8221; is and defined it as &#8220;connectorizing a drop where it was damaged&#8221;. \u00a0This violated previous scope of work agreements in 2012 and 2015, where Job functions for the wire Tech were established.
